oat + meal

Pretty simple. I'm breastfeeding, so I decided to make a quick serving of overnight oats. Oatmeal is a superfood when women decide to breastfeed. It increases milk supply and has plenty of iron. 

I did say a quick serving, so I didn't measure any of the ingredients. It's all thrown together - with love!

Rolled Oats

Mixed Frozen Berries

Nutmeg

Cinnamon

Pumpkin Spice

Raw Walnuts

Hemps Seeds

Flaxseeds

Chia Seeds

Almond Milk

Did I mention my 2 year old wants everything on my plate... Let's see if I actually get to eat it. 

UPDATE: This was a hit! Caleb and I ate our oats for lunch with added banana to sweeten the taste a bit!
